Mr. Murphy is a founder of Torex Gold (TXG-T)  Mr. Murphy was responsible for identifying the Morelos Gold asset from Teck, negotiating the sale from Teck in a very competitive environment, arranging the $240million+ financing, and was very involved in recruiting the board and management.He is also the President and Chief Executive Officer of Redzone Resources Ltd. (REZ-V) an emerging Lithium Company, and President of Woodman Capital Ltd., a private consulting company. Mr. Murphy previously spent 15 years working in institutional equities in London, with Merrill Lynch, Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and Credit Suisse. Mr. Murphy graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Arts, from Saint Mary’s University with a Master of Business Administration and from the London School of Economics and Political Science with a Master of Science in Finance and he is a certified director, ICD.

Cameron Bell, M.Sc., P.Geo

Cameron Bell, M.Sc., P. Geo, has over 30 years’ experience working as a geologist and exploration manager. He was a Regional Exploration Manager for Vale from 2007 to 2016, with periods as North American Manager and Australasia Manager. Prior to that, he worked with Inco Technical Services where he was responsible for project generation and managing their grass roots nickel exploration in North America. Additionally, he held the role of Senior Geologist at Voisey’s Bay and Sudbury.

Alan F. Matthews, C.Eng

Mr. Matthews is a Mining Engineer and a Chartered Engineer (C. Eng.) with over 30 years mining and exploration experience in the minerals industry, specializing in gold, copper and industrial minerals. Mr. Matthews started his career in South Africa with Anglo American Corporation and for the first 10 years of his career was closely involved with producing mines in various countries. Since then he has been involved with the start-up and commissioning of mines in Scotland (Aberdeen Barytes), Papua New Guinea (Ok Tedi) and the United States (various SX-EW copper operations). He is founder, President, and director of Kernow Resources and Developments Ltd., and a director of Arapahoe Capital Corporation and Redzone Resources, Ltd. (all Canadian junior exploration companies).

Gary Brown

Mr. Brown is a seasoned finance professional with over 20 years of in-depth experience across a broad range of finance and business disciplines. He joined Silver Wheaton in 2008, and is currently the company's Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to Silver Wheaton, he was Chief Financial Officer of TIR Systems Ltd., during which time he was instrumental in the company's acquisition by Royal Philips Electronics. He has also held senior finance positions at CAE Inc., Westcoast Energy Inc. and Creo Inc., and holds designations as both a chartered accountant and a chartered financial analyst

Craig Roberts, C.Eng.

Mr. Roberts is a mining engineer with over 30 years of operations, consulting and investment banking experience. This includes work on feasibility studies for numerous mining projects worldwide, investment banking/due diligence roles in over 200 institutional equity financings, and significant experience advising management and boards on both friendly and hostile transactions.

Mr. Jean-Philippe Paiement

Jean-Philippe Paiement graduated from Université of Québec in Montréal (2006) with a B.Sc. in Resources Geology and from Laval University (2009) with a M.Sc. in Metallogeny and Geochemistry.  Jean-Philippe specializes in ore deposit geology, resources estimation, geostatistics and structural geology. Upon finishing his studies he worked as a geologist for Teck at Red Dog (Zn-Pb) mine. After his debut with SGS Canada Inc. as a consulting geologist, Jean- Philippe specialized in exploration models and targeting, resources estimation, geostatistics, mine audits and sample selection.

Prior to joining the Redzone Resources team, Jean-Philippe worked for Nemaska Lithium as the company acting geologist from 2014-2018, where he was responsible for  Nemaska Lithium from , where he was responsible for 3D modelling of pegmatite dykes, block modelling, drilling campaign planning, drilling and exploration management, and feasibility studies. Looking forward, Jean-Philippe will be responsible for overseeing Redzone's exploration programs as well as assisting with identifying and evaluating potential ad on properties.
